Health + Safety

The health and safety of all students and staff is a top priority. In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we think it is important that you understand our efforts to manage the health and safety of all SMC attendees so you can make an informed choice in attending the conference. We are focused on taking all reasonable measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 at our event.

We will be following recommendations from city and state agencies for our Covid-19 protocols. Currently, masks not required, and there is no vaccine requirement in Collin County or the state of Texas. However, masks are welcome if individuals choose to wear one.

 

For anyone who has Covid-19, Covid-19 symptoms, or know you've been exposed to Covid-19 recently before the conference, we ask that you please do not attend SMC 2022.
