A Note about Covid-19

The health and safety of all students and staff is our top priority. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we think it is important that you understand our efforts to manage the health and safety of all SMC attendees so you can make an informed choice in attending the conference. We are focused on taking all reasonable measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at our event.

This situation continues to change daily, and as such, we will adapt and adjust our protocols and procedures as we follow guidance provided by the CDC and federal and local health departments, in our efforts to keep our students, staff and the community safe.

We will be continually updating this webpage with any new guidelines or measures we decide to take.

Face Masks
In order to better protect everyone, we are requiring everyone wear face masks indoors at all official SMC events.
Social Distancing
We are abiding by all local and state government regulations for social distancing within all meeting space, in the arena and conference space, as well as at other SMC programs.

SMC Programs
We’re continually evaluating all of our programs at SMC to determine any changes we need to make to keep them in compliance with government and health policies and protocols. We will ensure that all of our gatherings will fall in line with whatever restrictions or protocol the state is recommending at the time of SMC 2021.
