No worries, you’re still invited! We would love to have you join us. If you have a friend at a StuMo campus, feel free to join them during their campus’s activities.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SMC 2021?
SMC is only $299!

WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION COST COVER?
Price includes three nights in an amazing hotel, breakfast every morning at your hotel, parking, conference materials and access to all main sessions, breakouts, and more!
Additional food and transportation to and from the conference are not included.
CAN I GET A REFUND OR TRANSFER MY CONFERENCE FEE TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Tickets purchased for SMC 2021 are non-refundable. However, for the health and safety of everyone involved with SMC, the exception we will make is that we will refund a student’s conference fee if they have contracted COVID-19 and are within the quarantine window of time before and during the conference dates. This window is December 20th – January 5th.
Tickets are transferrable to another individual at any time. The deadline for transferring your ticket to another student is December 27th, 2020.
WHAT IF SMC 2021 CAN'T HAPPEN IN PERSON?
No worries! We're ready to move to a virtual event if we deem that necessary, based on government and public health regulations. A virtual SMC would take place over two days later in January. Each student currently signed up for SMC 2021 would be refunded their conference fee, minus $23 for access to all the incredible content for SMC 2021. More details to be released later as necessary.
HOW DO I GET TO SMC?
You choose! We’ve had people drive in, fly, and even take a bus. Our location is near both DFW Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport. Most campuses work ahead of time to set up carpools for those attending SMC. If you have a specific request, feel free to ask one of the staff at your campus!
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Each campus is assigned a specific check-in time for the conference, ranging from 4:00pm – 7:00pm on January 2nd. Those details will be sent out closer to the conference.
The conference will conclude at 12:30 on January 5th.
WILL THERE BE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! Parking is included in the cost of the conference. You will park in the parking lot of the hotel you’re assigned to.
WHAT IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?
With SMC being January 2-5, inclement weather is always a possibility. Our hotel contracts do not allow cancellations last minute due to inclement weather, therefore, neither can we.
If you are traveling from out of town/state, please be aware of any weather conditions on your route.

We want to make sure you have the best possible experience at SMC, including rooming with your friends! That’s why we put the staff at each of our campuses in charge of rooming assignments.
WHAT IS THE CONFERENCE ITINERARY?
The conference is full of amazing speakers and interactive experiences. For an updated schedule, download the SMC Dallas App. The schedule is unique to the event, and schedules are subject to change.
Check-in starts at 4:00pm on the 2nd and the conference wraps up at 12:30pm on the 5th.
