WHERE IS STUMO CONFERENCE (SMC)? 

SMC 2024 will take place at the Comerica Center outside of Dallas, Texas.

Each campus is assigned to one of the many amazing hotels within a short walking distance of the Comerica Center. Your registration cost covers your hotel stay.

WHO IS SMC FOR?

StuMo Conference is for college students aged 18-24. Whether you are seeking God for the first time or looking to be challenged to take the next step in your faith, StuMo Conference is for you.

WHAT IF STUMO ISN'T ON MY CAMPUS?

No worries, you’re still invited! We would love to have you join us. If you have a friend at a StuMo campus, feel free to join them during their campus’s activities. If you'd like to share a room with students from a specific school, please put that in the notes when you sign up for SMC.
 

WHAT IS THE COST OF SMC 2024?

SMC is $349! Check with your StuMo campus for any special discounts. ​

WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION COST COVER?

Price includes three nights in an amazing hotel, breakfast every morning at your hotel, parking, conference materials and access to all main sessions, breakouts, and more!
 
Additional food and transportation to and from the conference are not included.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR TRANSFER MY CONFERENCE FEE TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Tickets purchased for SMC 2024 are non-refundable. However, tickets are transferrable to another individual at any time. The deadline for transferring your ticket to another student is December 26th, 2023.​

HOW DO I GET TO SMC?

You choose! We’ve had people drive in, fly, and even take a bus. Our location is near both DFW Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport. Most campuses work ahead of time to set up carpools for those attending SMC. If you have a specific request, feel free to ask one of the staff at your campus!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Each campus is assigned a specific check-in time for the conference, ranging from 4:00pm – 7:00pm on January 2nd. Those details will be sent out closer to the conference. 
 
The conference will conclude at 12:30 on January 5th. 

WILL THERE BE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes! Parking is included in the cost of the conference. You will park in the parking lot of the hotel you’re assigned to.

WHAT IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?

With SMC being January 2-5, inclement weather is always a possibility. Our hotel contracts do not allow cancellations last minute due to inclement weather, therefore, neither can we.  
 
If you are traveling from out of town/state, please be aware of any weather conditions on your route.
HOW DO WE GET AROUND TO DIFFERENT CONFERENCE EVENTS?
Almost all conference events are within walking distance of the hotels. A few night life events are offsite, and students can choose to drive their own cars, use rideshare options, etc. Transportation is not provided by the conference to these offsite venues since attendance is optional.

WHO WILL I ROOM WITH?

We want to make sure you have the best possible experience at SMC, including rooming with your friends! That’s why we put the staff at each of our campuses in charge of rooming assignments.

WHAT IS THE CONFERENCE ITINERARY?

The conference is full of amazing speakers and interactive experiences. For an updated schedule, download the SMC Dallas App. The schedule is unique to the event, and schedules are subject to change. 
Check-in starts at 4:00pm on the 2nd and the conference wraps up at 12:30pm on the 5th. 

CAN I SET UP OR PURCHASE AN EXHIBITOR SPACE FOR SMC 2024?

We appreciate your interest; however, we do not offer exhibitor space at our event.

WHAT IF I WANT TO STAY WITH MY FAMILY IN THE DFW AREA?

We have many students join us from the DFW area and close to home. Unfortunately, there isn’t a price option available for those that would like to opt out of the hotel. Plus, you may have way more fun if you stay with your friends at the hotel and get the full SMC experience!
